Springs 12

Springs is an older development by EMAAR, the bones are good - but the interiors a tad bit dated. We got to work re-imagining what the villa could be, and we emerged with a home featuring on trend, timeless interiors. A full turnkey project, where we broke down and rebuilt the interior of the villa to introduce a more open plan layout. We created an additional guest bathroom and office, and then proceeded to dress all the rooms in hues, shades and textures of natural tones. Opting for permeable slats allowed for light to enter into the staircase & entryway, in keeping with the airy, open feel that ran throughout the space. Open plan kitchen, living and dining spaces require cohesion - colour and texture spilling from one space to the other is a great way to achieve it, without making the entire area morph into a single vision
